Disability access:
Our practice and surgery is based in the ground floor of the building and has wheelchair access through the front door. The doors are wide for disabled and wheelchair access. The toilet is a disabled access toilet with an alarm fitted which is monitored by reception staff.

01925768111. This phone is diverted to our on-call phone out of hours and on weekends. This on-call phone is monitored during out of hours and provides out of hours service to patients on the dental plan only.
